My wife was BBC news site and read that Katy Perry's spot was pulled from Seasme Street when some parents who previewed it complained her outfit was too revealing.


I kind of agree with the parents. My Wife says it's crap that a 4 year old walking on the beach would see much more.

while I could easily argue that Sesame Street is overreacting, I also think Perry knew damned well that this was a very different audience and was sort of a cretin for not respecting that. Frankly I think it reflects a pretty immature and insecure woman who can't accommodate on that one occasion. That said, I don't think they need to pull the segment.
