HARVEY WASSERMAN FOR BUZZFLASH

This is a Greco-Roman nation, gathered in a Hodenosaunee longhouse.

As they wrap themselves in the Constitution they mean to shred, that is the self-evident Truth the Tea/GOP Party ultimately cannot face.

Our legal godfathers---the ones Glenn Beck loves to conjure---were Deistic liberal humanists whose core beliefs he hates.

They dumped that tea because they despised the corporation that owned it and the idea of empire it (and today's corporate-military right) stood for.

The very first phrase of this nation's defining document, the Bill of Rights, says:

"Judaeo-Christian? Not a chance."

1. I agree
and our founders would hate them. They would probably round them up and escort them to canada, just so the british would have to deal with them.

2. I have always been convinced that the right wingers would be Tories
and would turn in and against the Patriots that fought the British.
Not a doubt in my mind.

4. Took the words right out of my keyboard.
They would have supported authority and the status quo, just as they do now.

Teabaggers would have had heart attacks seeing the property of a corporation destroyed, and would have seen the Revolutionaries as rabble-rousers.

8. They don't eve know American History. Most of them know
what they think they know from the little they remember from 4th Grade Civics taught at Bumfuck Elementary School in Ringworm, Alabama plus what they have now 'learned' from Beck U.

6. why wouldn't they love the founders?
Rich white guys who wanted all the power for themselves, owned slaves, and hated paying taxes. Sounds just like the tea baggers!
