Brother of Steven Slater's boyfriend robs couple's home while ex-JetBlue attendant was in court
When flighty flight attendant Steven Slater was in court Tuesday over his JetBlue shenanigans, his boyfriend's brother burgled his Belle Harbor apartment.

When Slater and partner Ken Rochelle got home, they found Slater's laptop, a printer and a microwave were missing.

"It's probably my brother," Rochelle told cops called to their Beach 128th Street apartment .

Jonathan Rochelle, 39, lives just two blocks away from his brother and has a history of drug addiction, a law enforcement source said.

Slater, 38, who became a folk hero Aug. 9 when he quit his job by deploying the emergency chute at JFK airport and sliding down it after grabbing up two beers for the road, was in Queens Supreme Court Tuesday morning pleading guilty to two counts of attempted criminal mischief.

On Wednesday, his boyfriend's brother - who was quickly caught - was awaiting his own appearance on second-degree burglary charges in Queens Supreme Court.
