2. I thought it was the Hispanic delivery Company that "took it over" since they referred
all my problems with my new refrigerator to them and not the actual Sears Company. Took three months to resolve all the issues with them.
Will not ever ever shop there again.
The delivery company people also told me that Sears will not pay them if they deliver a malfunctioning unit. Nice!:sarcasm:
