Also with Rob Reiner (that did not fit on the header).

All I can say is watch it if you can, rerun starting in about 10 min on HBO / East Coast - and wear some depends or something.
Or at least don't pass up the video when it comes out.

I't was an altogether enjoyable show - and I'm writing this before the New Rules have started to give you a heads up.

5. Maher kept touching him to assure Levi he was doing okay. I thought that was sweet.
Funny show.

11. They did give him a hard time, but all he felt was a little consternation
as far as I could tell. Most everything went straight over his head. He for instance seemed genuine after asked if he was a Democrat or Republican when he said: "We're working on that." (or words to that effect). He's not like Minnie Pearl, a bumpkin and knows what's going on around him. He's just a pretty boy bumpkin.

10. Its kind of a guerrilla media thing, you have to keep checking in to find it
HBO takes down the videos as soon as they become aware of them, so if you see it come up down load it to your computer or view it right away before it vanishes. This has become my Friday night ritual. :)

3. Why was Mahr insinuating that losing the house is a forgone conclusion?
It's still a little premature for that kind of talk, I would think. Maybe I'm just to uptight.

8. Actually, I'd just say because he's a smug asshole.
When he's right, he's right, and when he's wrong, he can be incredibly obnoxious about it. He thinks that whatever he believes is right, no question about it, which is probably why he's in the habit of inviting right-wing maniacs onto his TV show and expecting to get rational discussion out of them.

6. Because Bill Maher can only re-enforce the status quo.
Maher lacks insight and understanding of the technical details that make things happen.

"Maher lacks insight and understanding of the technical details that make things happen."

For example .... passing the Health Insurance Industry and Big Pharma Protection Act.

And getting the Deficit Commission to cut Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid up and running.

It's so complex and like playing chess!

14. I actually think the overtime segment
was a little funnier. The regular show was a wee bit depressing, or maybe I am just depressed. ;)
