This week on GPS: Americans take to the voting booth in just over a week. The most important issue - jobs. Fareed's take on why technology and the global marketplace have taken so many jobs from America - and maybe even taken the American dream, too.

Then, headlines this week announced that allied forces were routing the Taliban in Kandahar and high level Taliban officials were sitting down for peace negotiations with President Hamid Karzai. But are things really going that well? Fareed sits down with Richard Holbrooke, the US Special Representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan to assess the situation.

And where in the world is Osama bin Laden? Even after an extension of unemployment benefits to 99 weeks, many of those about to go off the program are in a quandary. Scott Pelley talks to some of them in California's Silicon Valley.

Didn't Rachel have some strong words about him recently? I recall someone saying that his outburst on the floor of the Exchange caused the start of some sort of deal, maybe the Tea Party.
