I just called McConnell's office and DEMANDED he resign
His statement coupled with the acts of violence without strong response from him is grounds for him to step down as a public servant. I know he will not do so, but I wanted to take this step. Anyone else with me?

8. a couple of things actually
He said that the number one thing that is the republican goal is to make Obama a one term President and the other statement was something like in spite of the desire to work with the President he resisted to defeat Obama. You will have to look up the actual statements but they are here at D.U. I believe.

5. You should also ask him if he has put his hands in pants
lately. You don't have to say he was drummed out of the military for doing that to a fellow soldier. Just ask if he put his hands in any pants. He'll know what you are talking about and you haven't accused him of anything nefarious, that anybody else knows.

7. receptionist "No, he wants to defeat President Obama's liberal AGENDA"
Me: REALLY, after he has tried for two years to reach out to the Senator for bipartisan support, and more important than National Security or Unemployment?"

Receptionist "No he didn't say that"

Me:"Really. You and the Senator disgust me. You don't care about America, only yourselves." (click).

I guess the truth hurts.

9. I just called his office also
and said I want McConnell to be taken to the ethics committee for ethics violations or to court for treason. She also said it is because of the liberal agenda - then silence. I guess she hung up on me.

10. since when is political speech treason?
Good grief. I have absolutely no use for McConnell, but let's not start sounding as loopy as Christine O'Donnell. THere is nothing unethical or treasonous about the leader of one political party saying that his objective is to defeat the other political party.

12. You fight fire with boulders, not yogurt
Ohh ohh let's be nice to the old man, let's not get him upset.

Do you have any idea what they are going to do to this country if they take over either or both houses?

13. You try to fight with a boulder you can't handle and it ends up crushing you, not them.
We have good arguments. Running around yelling treason because the repubs want to defeat Obama in 2012 is not remotely one of them.

11. Mitch McConnell
Has had it in for our President since before he took office. Mitch McConnell has a color scheme problem with the White House. Plain and Simple. Whenever he speaks of the President he refers to him as "this President" I noted this is some of my many responses to e-mails,ops,and any other forum that I frequent. This is appalling to me. The whole lack of RESPECT for the office of President Of The United States is just atrocious. They have called the President every thing under the sun and moon. Mitch McConnell has acted as if our President isn't sitting in the Oval Office.

Mitch McConnell is the wailer for the top 2%. His interest are monetary and racist.

Half of the policies that were put into place during this Administration were repug ideas. Which is why the left is still angry. The left felt as though the repugs didn't want to work with us so why give them any concessions. Which is an understandable argument since the Democrats won. But I respect my President because he is not only the President of the Democratic Party. He is President of the United States. And Democrats,Republicans,Independents,Libertarians,Green Party,or any other title, or no title at all, are residing in the United States or its protected provinces he is your President too.

Somebody ask Mitch McConnell where is that million dollars he received from Toyota that was donated to the McConnell Foundation????????
