Today's Survey USA poll show incumbent Democratic Sen. Barbara Boxer leading GOP challenger Carly Fiorina by five percentage points. The general polling trend is now swinging solidly in Boxer's favor, with the respected Field Poll due tomorrow.
The Survey USA results also show falling support for Proposition 19 to decriminalize marijuana. The ballot measure "no longer is favored in SurveyUSA polling, for the first time in 7 tracking polls," the survey said.
The pollsters said a "no" on Prop 19 is not yet a clear favorite but there is "enough of a 'Yes' erosion for backers to be gravely concerned." Seems to be driven by seniors.

In the Governor's race, "Democrat Jerry Brown continues to be an arm's length ahead of Republican Meg Whitman. Brown leads among those interviewed on their home phones and among those interviewed on their cellphones, and when the groups are combined, it's Brown 46%,
