Lying IS a republican value
just had a talk to the local GOP leaning candidate for the city council... (no really she IS a repub but our city council is non partisan, really)

So to her credit she is calling trying to get out the vote. And I mean this, SHE is calling. So she pleasantly tells me that she is running, bringing her bidness experience to city council, and how well she knows city hall.

So I inform her that we are NOT voting for her.

She asks why?

Your opponent HAS that city hall experience.

No he does not, good luck with that. CLICK.

Her opponent is the chief of staff for the current member of city council, that has been termed out. I know most folks are not informed but this was a lie.

3. Unlike the Repub.Gov. & Senate candidates here in CA
at least she's trying to start at an entry level position. and yes, lying is part of that party's platform.

2. Lying is THE republican value
without it they would not be a party. I heard a republican ad attacking Dan Seals early that said "Dan seals supports government run health care, funded by cuts to medicare." Now correct me if I'm wrong, but medicare is government run health care, and any government run health care system that would be put into place would probably replace medicare?
