report from chicago precinct- good turnout
judging today. stopping home quickly to get my judicial ballot guide. turnout has been good, steady stream of people mostly anxious to vote. had a lot of earlies, also. for this precinct, we are already at a good number and have 8 hours to go.

looking good.

1. This is so encouraging. I've worked at polls during the mid-terms many years
back, and it was a snoooooooze. Got lots of reading done. :)

2. I expect CA's going to have a real good turnout. Big name races and weather's great.
Even Statehouse / local races in my district have garnered a lot of involvement. Most I've seen in a long time.

:kick:

5. How confident are we they are voting Dem?
I know the conventional wisdom...wonder if / how it applies this year? (We can only hope!)

9. I asked the poll workers about turnout today...
And they said it was really good, high turnout.

I felt very encouraged!
