3. Got to keep going! I sent his campaign donations several times over the last 8 weeks - and I live in
PA!

I really don't want Angle to succeed...I don't want ANY 'publican to succeed tonight, but especially the "religious" ones who feel they have been called by god to rule MY country. I don't need any of them.

4. Voted for Harry but either way, we win on this one ...

I have very mixed feelings about this race. If Reid loses and the Dems still keep the Senate, I would much prefer Chuck Schumer as Senate leader, Schumer is a lot more poltically savvy, tough, and more inline with other Democrats.

Schumer was chairman of the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee from 2005 to 2009, in which post he oversaw a total of 14 Democratic gains in the Senate in the 2006 and 2008 elections.

Sharron Angle is an uneducated John-Birch-Society kook who will have little impact on the national scene if elected. She would be a good example of how low quality the Republican Party has become.

10. I'm sorry. There's NO scenario under which seating the worst teabagger of the bunch is a 'win.' nt

13. You overestimate Angle - she's not smart enough to have any impact
She is a perennial losing candidate from Reno who got pumped up by Sarah Palin and later by GOP big money. If she wins, she will be ignored/patronized by Mitch McConnell and any semi-thinking Republican. Angle is not even Michele Bachmann level intelligence.

12. 2 here. That's five.
Remember, Harry won by 400 votes in 1998. Ed reported the other day the Reid campaign felt this could wind up being decided by 1000 votes or less.

if she lost by fewer than 1,000!

Right wing radio and faux news has been going on 24/7 about Reid stealing the election - setting up the conspiracies in the event of a close race, no doubt.

As disappointed in Reid as I have been, I hope Harry pulls this out. The idea of having Angle as our US Senator literally makes my stomach turn.

18. Still time to vote for Harry. Dead heat in exit polls.
Please disregard anyone making a case for how Angle taking the seat could be a win or anyone who is saying Harry already has it. Go vote!
