2. South shore reports before the urban parts of the district
Remember, this is the district that the term "Gerrymander" was coined for; it goes from the Irish Riviera up through I think Brookline and wraps around Capuano's district.

6. Just a fluke of geography: Plymouth, Raynham, etc. report before Brookline and New Bedford
I don't think there was a feasible path to a GOP victory given Newton, Brookline, and New Bedford; I honestly think the GOP wasted a lot of money that would have served them better in MA-10 (or helped Baker, or whatever).

7. Ok, just thought it was a good one to watch
there was some chatter about it over the last week. I see now with 4% reporting he is just above 60%
