Is CA the new Blue Fortress?

So far Democrats have been declared the winners in every statewide race except Attorney General, which is too close to call and Kamala Harris is closing the gap quickly.

I mean, is it just Democrat = Good?... or is there something Harris has done that actually demonstrates policy positions that you support? And, if so, what has she done?
