I was at the election watch last night in Pleasanton, returns coming in very slowly and looking grim.
Secretary of State put Jerry McNerney behind by just 0.1%.
Article this morning shows him 121 votes ahead now.
There will be a run-off.
"Just 121 votes out of 172,936 are separating winner from loser in the 11th congressional district, which includes a portion of the Central Valley. The difference is with 100 percent of all 613 precincts counted.
The apparent winner with 82,124 votes is incumbent Democratic representative Jerry McNerney, apparently winning his third term.
Republican challenger David Harmer has 82,0003 votes and David Christensen, the American Independent party nominee, accounts for the rest of the votes cast.
