About these voting machines....
There is no real reason to use voting machines.

None.

To speed up the count, is what they usually give as the main reason.

But since the winners of any election doesn't take office until two months later, what is the real purpose of not having paper ballots...

To heighten the excitement for the TV networks so they can make it a one night event?

Really, what is the real reason for going electronic.

Erase the paper trail and dangling chads?

Please.

It has been proven time after time that these machines can be hacked.

So we give up surety for the sake speeding up the count.

Some times the old fashion way is the best way.

Bring back the paper ballot.

But I suspect that we have seen the last of paper ballots...

There's no money in those.
