Spit on unions? AOK as long as we get elected.

Gay rights? Ewwww!

Sensible gun regulation? Oh no, we'd lose the NRA!!

A correctly-sized military? Weak-kneed liberal!

Economic fairness? Sounds like (Gasp!) "Socialism"!

5. You might direct that to President Obama -
we all voted (at least I did), but a tattered base couldn't do much against a country that is fed up. End the wars, bring the soldiers home to work on infrastructure, and if you're gonna give massive tax breaks to rich folks at least earmark them for job creation in this country.
