TUESDAY 9 NOVEMBER 2010
HUNTSVILLE AL / FORT CAMPBELL KY/TN

ALL PARTICIPANTS PLEASE REMEMBER WITH THESE TYPE MISSIONS WE MUST ALWAYS REMAIN FLEXIBLE , SEMPER GUMBY!

Tennessee Riders Info:

Ft. Campbell - Staging 9 NOV 10 will be @ 1030 No Later Than 1100 with a full tank of gas @ Wal-Mart - 14800 Ft Campbell Blvd., Oak Grove, KY 42262, the bus with the Wounded Warriors is meeting us here with KSU approx 1115.
We will stop at I-65 Exit 46 for gas @ approx. 1300,The busses may arrive earlier, (waiting riders @ exit 46 off I-65 need to be there by 1230-1245 hrs fueled and ready to ride), for those that need gas and for those that want to go all the way to Huntsville, and to Pick up the Riders from the Nashville/Murfreesboro/Franklin/Columbia/Spring Hill areas.

We have once again been asked by the Semper Fi Riders to assist them in Honoring Our Wounded Warriors as they come to Huntsville for the "Wounded Warriors Heroes Week". As many of you know This is a Very Special Mission as we are given the chance to Honor Our Heroes who have been wounded Defending Our Freedom.

There are many parts to the activities of this Special Day and We will need everyone that is available to pull this mission off. If you can only participate in a portion of the days activities that is Still Greatly Appreciated and Please contact the RCIC listed below and let them know what portions you may be able to attend, This is NOT a Requirement for attending the Mission although it will be Greatly Appreciated for planning purposes.

PART 1: Huntsville International Airport
1000 Glenn Hearn Blvd
Huntsville AL
There will be two (2) Flaglines at different times , for Receiving Our Heroes.

Flagline 1:
Stage at the Airport
0815hrs (8:15am)
Flagline in place UTC
Groups of Wounded Warriors and their Families will be arriving on numerous flights and will be clustered to pass through our Flagline before being escorted to Westin Hotel.

FLAGLINE 2:
Stage at the Airport
1130hrs (11:30am)
Flagline in place UTC
This will be a repeat of earlier Flagline and escort.

NOTE TO ALL CAGERS: The Airport has very kindly offered FREE Parking for those that participate in this Mission. PLEASE Take Your Parking Ticket to the Airport Authority Office to have it Validated. ALL Cagers must Park in the Parking Decks.

PART 2: Receiving Flagline at Westin Hotel
6800 Governors Drive

There will be three (3) Flaglines at The Westin.

Flagline1: Stage at 1000hrs (10:00am)
Flagline 2: Stage at 1300hrs (1:00pm)
Flagline3: Stage at 1430hrs (2:30pm)

PART 3: Escort Heroes coming in from Ft. Campbell

We will be linking up with Our Heroes and The TN PGR at the AL Welcome Center on I-65 Southbound. This is between exits 361 and 365. We will Stage at this Welcome Center at 1345hrs (1:45pm).We will be KSU 1430hrs (2:30pm) from the Welcome Center enroute to the Westin Hotel.

ANY MOTORCYCLES from the Huntsville Area WISHING TO RIDE AS A GROUP TO THE WELCOME CENTER STAGING for This ESCORT.
STAGE at HUNTSVILLE AIRPORT , RCIC will be KSU from AIRPORT assisting Semper Fi Riders with Escorting Our WW's to the Hotel.And Will Continue on With Semper Fi Riders to the AL Welcome Center to participate in the Final Escort, Lead By Semper Fi Riders, of Our Heroes to the Westin Hotel, Huntsville AL.

Timeline for escort from Fort Campbell, KY/TN:


Below is the time line for the Ft. Campbell Group. We will have 6 POV's
with us. We will use the Bypass around Nashville to go around lunch time
traffic in the city. We will be traveling the speed limit. The refuel
stop should be 20-30 minutes long.



1000: Link up at battalion day room for PTDY Sign out and Final Briefing
1100: Leave Ft Campbell and move to Oak Grove Wal-Mart for link up with
TN PGR
1115: Leave Wal-Mart to Exit #46 On I-65 for fuel stop for escorts
1350-1400: Arrive Exit 2 AL Welcome center for hand off to AL PGR
1430: Leave AL welcome center for rolling link up with Madison County
Sheriff escort at County Line Rd.
1500: Rolling Link up
1530 Arrive at Westin Hotel


Organizers of This Project have instructed that ALL ESCORTS Will be MOTORCYCLES ONLY.
