California AG race still up in the air

Republican Steve Cooley now has a lead over Kamala Harris, but there are still millions of votes to be counted.

"Republican Cooley, with 46 percent of the votes counted so far, has a 22,817-vote lead over Democrat Harris with 2.3 million provisional and absentee ballots yet to be tallied.

At one time or another both have claimed victory as election officials count the millions of ballots that remained after the initial tally on election night. Not only does the outcome of the attorney general's race depend on those ballots, but two congressional seats remain undecided."

I have confidence that Debra Bowen will count the votes accurately, but we all need to keep an eye on this one.
