No ideas are worth surviving in the Market Place of Ideas if they cannot stand up to rigorous debate!!!!! Therefore, let us promote a series of debates this Christmas between:
Keith Obermann and Bill O'Reilly
Rachel Maddow and Glenn Beck
Cenk Uyger and Sean Hannity
Mike Malloy and Rush Limbaugh
and perhaps have a comic political debate between
Lewis Black and Dennis Miller
Could some of these Faux creatures be shamed into a true and vigorous debate?????
All details could be worked out. To be broadcast live on CNN, Fox, and MSNBC. Good, fair questioners. Or maybe all three taped in separate locations at the same time and then played over the holidays. Hour apiece.
