With all due respect, Cindy McCain is a liar. The only question is when she lied - today, or yesterday.

Yesterday, Cindy McCain - the wife of US Senator John McCain - released a video in which she criticized the US government "Don't Ask, Don't Tell," policy, and suggested that it gave bullies an incentive to bash gay youth, who then try to kill themselves.

Today, Cindy McCain is suddenly tweeting how pro-DADT she is (clearly, her homophobic husband, who is leading the charge on trying to filibuster the effort to repeal DADT, got to her). Which means, of course, that by her own words she now thinks she is responsible for gay kids committing suicide.

It probably took her too long to realise McCain married her for her looks, money and her dad's connections (not necessarilly in that order. By the time she did, she was just plain TIRED. Remember her having had the drug addiction problem?

I think she may be a good person stuck with a neurotic, controlling man.

Cindy probably needed some opioids to treat her pain from her disc surgery problems. BUT Cindy seemed to have severe psychological pain too.

One of the few things he's done right is to not parade her out for some political gain.
