Urge Your Senators to Pass the Paycheck Fairness Act
If we push hard enough—and quickly enough—before Congress changes hands, we can end 2010 with a bold stroke for fairness.

Women who work full-time year-round still earn, on average, 77 cents for every dollar men earn. That amounts to an average gap of over $10,000 per year.1

That's not right, and there's something you can to do right now to help fix it. The Paycheck Fairness Act will help secure equal pay for equal work, and it is up for a vote in the Senate in just two days.

:bounce:

This bill has already passed the House of Representatives. And it is scheduled for a vote as soon as this Wednesday in the Senate. That's why we need you to take action right now.
