I want to hear the lamentations of their women, I want to sow their fields with salt.

Same for the DLC and all "Third Way" so-called Democrats.

10. I'm to his left, but I also realize that the majority of the population

is not. Government must go on, with the consent of the majority of the governed. There will never be universal consent to any form of government or any government in a representative republic. That is impossible. The majority must consent, however. And so it has. I'll just have to go on working toward a more progressive majority.
