Aim for the Heart, not the Head.

I've been reading Thom Hartmann's "Cracking the Code" and wonder why the Democratic party don't know how to use messaging tools effectively.

Until we master the messaging, we will be losing elections.

Google him. Many, many great articles on the subject...going back to the 80's and as recent as this July.

Sure makes one wonder why the hell no one has been paying attention....

Not what we THINK. Put it in terms of right and wrong.

We don't do that because it seems obvious, self-explanatory. Do it anyway. It's WRONG to make our grandchildren pay for millionaire's tax cuts that don't create jobs. It's RIGHT to pay as you go. It's WRONG to dismantle social contracts. Et cetera.

Get mad. People eat that stuff up.
