KY head stomper gets ASS handed to him by Dea Riley
Dea Riley is running as an independent for the Kentucky Lt. Governor's office. Tim Profit - the Rand Paul supporter who stomped on the head of a young woman - whined to Ms. Riley through her Facebook page about the prosecutor going after him. Mistake. Here's just part of her response to this thug.

On a personal note if you had kicked me you would have been faced with a far different reaction than the submissive and refrained demeanor of Ms. Valle. I would have done all I could do to beat your ass into the ground with everything I had in me. Guarantee it. I'm afraid I stand with Ms. Valle and wish I had been there to defend her - which is what I would have done and am doing now.

You don't put your hands on women - EVER!

May I suggest the following
1. Stop defending your behavior there isn't any defense
2. Apologize to Ms. Valle as well as all those countless thousands who have witnessed your video
3. Seek counseling and learn to discern between inappropriate and appropriate behavior in expressing your views
4. Volunteer to serve in a women's abuse shelter, rape crisis center or home for abused children. Then and only then will you understand why it is our society is so repulsed by your behavior and what it leads to.
5. Next time you give money to a cause, contribute to one of the above organizations that benefits those who are truly victimized and truly in danger of having their lives harmed or jeopardized by someone "crazy".
6. Reevaluate who it is you support for office - may I suggest you support someone such as myself who isn't willing to tell you what it is you want to hear to get your vote.

Edited on Tue Nov-16-10 02:49 AM by Ken Burch
I'm fairly sure they wouldn't let a psycho like Tim Profit anywhere near a center for domestic violence victims-for some of the people in those shelters, simply being in the same room with a man would cause massive psychological trauma.

On the other hand, I'd be all for casting him as the guy handcuffed in the fireplace in a production of "EXTREMITIES".

41. Typical conservative victim mentality.
Edited on Tue Nov-16-10 12:27 PM by Rozlee
They all thrive on a culture of victimhood. Their candidates for office refuse to be interviewed anywhere else except on Faux because they'll be lobbed "unfair" questions (like what magazines do you read) by the "lamestream media." They're Christians who are all being prosecuted by secular humanists. Their "wealth" (what wealth?) is being taken away from them by people that want government-sponsored health care (like they're enjoying on Medicare). Their guns are being taken away from them, although they've won greater and greater freedoms to take them everywhere and get more of them. Soon, they'll be allowed to have their own nukes. Their country's future has been stolen from them by socialist, fascist liberals that ran the deficit up under the rule of the Kenyan in the Black House, never mind that the white guy before him did the whole thing and they fuckin' didn't make a squeak about it until six weeks after the Kenyan got elected. Yep, that piece of pond sludge, Profitt, is pretty typical of his breed. Oops, no insult to pond sludge.

9. Solution:
1. If he has kids, take them away, restrict any future contact.
2. Lock him up.
3. Chemical castration.

Since anything that happens to him as a result of the assault will only further his misogyny (and general sub human-ness) don't go soft on him.

Dude's got psychological problems. If you're going to violate his internal integrity, a compulsory lobotomy makes more sense. Hell, lopping off the foot makes more sense, if we're taking this route. Calling for castration just makes you look like you have some revenge fantasy against testicles.

'Course, calling for bits to be cut off, either literally or effectively, just doesn't jive anyway if we're going to lock him up. Whether he's a rooster or a capon, he's stil lstuck in the fucking clink, isn't he? :)

13. I'm afraid I didn't. Did you miss the word "effectively"?
I'm still puzzled by your advocacy. He committed an assault. Is chemical castration a common penalty for assault? My sources show that everywhere it's used - US states, Israel, Poland, a few others - reserve it for child molesters and the most egregious rapists. Kentucky is not among even those states.

Take away his kids - not an uncalled-for measure for a guy who commits felony assault.
Lock him up - always a good idea with felons.
Coercively pump him full of drugs to turn his penis off - Uhhhh why?

Really, I'm just puzzled by that. If he'd gone on to try to rape her or something, no problem, inject away. Really to me it just looks like you veered off into sexual fetish / revenge territory. Sorry, I don't have a map for that neck of the woods. Maybe you could walk me through it?

14. Consider it an extension of point #1.
Anyone who considers stomping on a defenseless woman's head to be acceptable behavior is unfit to serve as a parent. Taking his kids away remedies that, and for all intents and purposes chemical castration prevents him from making new ones.

I'm not sure why you see this as fetishism...it's pragmatic--take his kids away and keep him from having more.

As far as whether or not he's a rapist, it isn't a stretch to presume that he would feel justified in committing rape when you consider his conduct and reaction to being prosecuted. Rand Paul is pro-rape, so why wouldn't his exuberant supporter also have similarly loose morals? Chemically castrating Profit would remedy that situation.

There's nothing sexual or fetishist at work here, just simple pragmatism.

37. I don't agree.
It isn't simple pragmatism and it smacks of rule by man as opposed rule by law.

The US has a lot of problems with this simple but fundamental concept, and the head stomper is a logical outcome of many factors, but one should make the crime fit the punishment and visa versa. WTF does chemical castration have to do with bodily battery with intent to harm?

It just doesn't fit. Can you explain your rational in terms of legal prescident and statute, or at least some form of logic? Seriously, I'd like to be able to follow your reasoning.

63. He has shown himself incapable of behaving like a responsible, civilized member of society.
His whining about the prosecutor treating him like a criminal further illustrates this fact. (One could argue that supporting a candidate such as Rand Paul is even more evidence.)

Someone incapable and unwilling to be a responsible, civilized member of society should not be allowed children. If he has any, take them away and heavily restrict and regulate visitation. Chemical castration, while not rendering him sterile, would severely hinder his ability to procreate for the duration of the mandated treatment. As kenfrequed points out below, it may also have the effect of significantly lowering his testosterone levels, which would also be beneficial.

62. Who's he gonna be knocking up in jail?
And again. He didn't rape anyone. You may think he'd have no problem with doing so, and maybe you're right. Maybe he sits in his basement whacking off to rape hentai and wishes he could be like the "hero" in them. I don't know. You don't know. If he does... Thinking isn't a crime, doing is. By the "pragmatism" you're using here, we could just as easily say "he wouldn't have a problem comitting murder" - he stomped on a woman's head while it was on a concrete sidewalk, after all - we might as well give him the death penalty.

What makes me think it's a revenge fantasy is that, well, it's an assault crime. You're wanting some penalty imposed that is far and beyond any used for assault, and I presume you want it to be a "special case" just for Profit. That is, you're expressing more interest in getting a "fuck yeah!" rush than you are with seeing him punished by the rule of law. What makes it a weird sexual fetish thing is that, well, you basically want to punish the asshole's testicles, even though doing so makes no real sense to do so, and certainly isn't legal punishment for an assault.

It just looks weird, y'know?

Now, if he actually commits a rape, or they find kiddy porn on his computer (as a Rand Paul voter, I'll bet he has at least some) then sure. But for what he did to Lauren Valle, an assault conviction is in order.

67. You seem obsessed with his testicles.
Chemical castration doesn't involve the testicles--it's a regular injection that affects the body's hormonal and chemical balance. It doesn't render anyone sterile, nor does it make someone's testicles shrivel up and fall off.

You claim to understand this, but yet here you are, defining chemical castration as a "weird sexual fetish thing" because I somehow "want to punish the asshole's testicles" even though his testicles aren't involved in any of it.

You may be right that I'm not terribly interested in punishing him in accordance with the statutes and penal code of Kentucky. As far as I'm concerned, an example should be made of him, and that demands more than a possible sentence pursuant to a class A misdemeanor conviction. According to the http://www.lrc.ky.gov/krs/titles.htm">Kentucky Revised Statutes, class A misdemeanor is also home to such crimes as lying about your educational record in a job application, pulling a fire alarm as a prank, shaving the serial number off of a gun, and littering.

Call me crazy, but I think his actions are a little more serious than dropping a glass bottle along the side of the road and not picking it up.

Lynching photo plus personal attacks. What a quality discussion this has been.

ETA: I like the analogy you draw with that lovely picture--that I'm a racist lynch mob and Tim Proffit is an innocent black man. Thank you for that insight into your mind. I'll be sure to remember your view that stomping on a restrained woman's head is nothing special and thinking otherwise is abhorrent.

97. I don't recall saying that. If only there were a way to review what's been said in this exchange...
"Fuck the law, we need to make an example."

Nope. Never said "fuck the law, we need to make an example."

I did say that "I'm not terribly interested in punishing him in accordance with the statutes and penal code of Kentucky," as doing so equates the severity of his actions to that of littering. I also said that an example should be made of him, and doing so requires a punishment beyond the limits pursuant to a class A misdemeanor. Neither of those read as "fuck the law, we need to make an example."

So far you've accused me of weird sexual fetishism, being a fascist, a white supremacist, and other delightful things for suggesting that Tim Proffit deserves a harsher penalty than the maximum sentence allowed for a class A misdemeanor under the Kentucky penal code.

If you want to keep lowering the bar, go right ahead; it says far more about you than me. Feel free to post more of those lovely pictures too. Did you post that last one directly from your hard drive? What else do you have saved on there?

32. chemical castration doesn't necessarily reduce the tendency to be violent
In fact, as I understand it, some sex offenders who've agreed to chemical castration simply switch from sexually assaulting the sort of people they targeted to beating them.

86. Talk to a few of the prostrate cancer victims
who have been "chemically castrated" as part of their treatment. About 40,000 a year in the US. It's usually called hormone treatment because it sounds better but the doctor will tell the patient up front just what it is so that they know exactly what the result will be. Let's just say for simplicity that it produces an opposite result to Viagra but it certainly does'nt stop a person from going into a rage or losing their temper once in a while. I don't think you know what you're talking about.

are only the beginning. We have most of our movies, tv shows, novels etc, very often depending on the portrayal of women in peril etc. We also have a culture that expects 2nd grade boys to prove their manhood on the playground against other boys and girls. I have raised boys and know this first hand. It does not start in jr high or high school.

79. People showed up with guns, if you recall
and yet no incidents of head stomping.

Also, there is a slight difference in likely danger level to the person of the president in war time VS a senatorial candidate.

68. I was disgusted and outraged at the video of that a-hole stomping
a poor defenseless woman. My sister was a victim of domestic violence, her hubby tried to kill her and in the end he took his own life. It enraged me to hear the media pretty much gloss over the viciousness of the assault, and call it a "scuffle." I'm willing to bet this is not the first woman that this guy has assaulted. Thanks for posting the letter, it was awesome!

85. Head stomping, kicked in the head?
Must have watched a different video because all I saw was a foot being placed and pressed down on someone's back. Too much time wasted on this type of overeaction and BS while there are much more horrific things happening around us every day and little or nothing done about them. Riley's comments are pure venting and she somehow thinks she's scoring points against the big bad tea partier and winds up advocating much worse bully tacics e.g., "I would have done all I could to beat your ass into the ground with all I had in me". Riley is a f'ing pathetic joke but of course that's what we've come to expect from politicians so what else is new?

That's what it's called when you put your foot on someone's head and forcefully press down. Tim Proffit must be a model citizen who's just getting a raw deal.

Pardon me while I :puke:
