with the old guard and are causing havoc before they are even sworn in. What is happening in your state?

2. "legal" = most workers can't strike. most public workers have contracts saying
they can't & many private workers accepted such contracts as part of negotiations during the financial crisis -- e.g. the uaw.

doesn't leave much, does it?
