Just about evenly split. There's no mandate
to change it. Since the changes haven't even
gone into effect, people are mostly speaking
out of prejudices, not experience. But the bottom
line is... there's no mandate to get rid of Obamacare.

What's "Obamacare" even mean? you ask. It's a fancy federal word meaning "Romneycare."

1. "Change so does more" has the highest percentage of support...
Sounds like the people wanted a public option, and I wonder if Democratic losses in 2010 would have been as bad had a public option passed and been signed by Obama.

2. And many of those 44% are convinced there are death panels.

3. no it doesn't mean they're prejudiced
It isn't necessary to experience something to know whether or not it's something good or something bad. We don't need to experience forcing people to buy for-profit health insurance from private corporations is a bad idea anymore than we need to experience eliminating Social Security or Medicare/Medicaid is a bad idea. People are not so stupid that they need to experience something to know whether or not it is good or bad... I don't need to stay outside all night in the cold without a coat to figure out that it's a bad idea.

We have plenty enough knowledge and experience to know that this bill sucks, and that a Medicare-like system for all would be FAR better and that a universal single-payer through taxes system like most every other civilized country has would be ideal.

If people are making their individual decision on whether or not the bill is good or bad based on their prejudices and not on knowledge and experience, then of course that's stupid, but without finding out from every person questioned what they're basing their decision on there isn't any way to know whether or not most or some or all are any people are basing their decision on knowledge and experience or on their own personal prejudices. Basing your assumption on most people deciding the bill is either good or bad based on their own personal prejudices without knowing the reasons behind those peoples' decisions is... well... prejudiced.
