3. I can nominate a few....
the first that comes to mind is Jeremy Scahill for his ground-breaking investigative reporting on Blackwater. Michael Ware did some excellent (and unpopular to the admin) reporting on Iraq during a time when virtually no one else was. There are others, but I am blanking at the moment.

4. It is sad that such a prize would even be thought of, since telling the truth
should be given when it comes to journalism. But of course, that is just not how this reality works.

6. Nobel Prize has become so tainted, I don't see much value anymore
Right Livelihood Award has more significance...just my opinion.
