Did you know Mark Chapman, the killer of John Lennon, is still married?

They just had a brief snippet on CNN with his wife, (more will on that network later,) she stayed faithful, even though he was a doper, and was very abusive.

No one mentioned though that he's a fundy nutcase, also.

what is she like?

She's stayed faithful to Chapman all these years, visits him in jail, she's small, and Asian.

She is Japanese-American....and from Hawaii.

Gloria Hiroko Chapman married 53-year-old Mark just 18 months before he shot Lennon dead outside the ex-Beatle's New York home in December 1980. The pair has remained married ever since - though she now lives in seclusion in Hawaii, where they wed.

But Gloria is losing her temper with the constant media presence outside her Honolulu home, telling one photojournalist from the New York Daily News: "I felt like God wanted me to come over and talk to you... I think you know my name, otherwise you wouldn't be here getting a picture of me." She then responded with a message for the press, adding: "Only one thing, ask them to stop calling me."

Earlier this week the newspaper revealed that incarcerated Chapman has been enjoying conjugal visits with his wife at New York's Attica Correctional Facility for the last 16 years.
