Translation into plain English "If Congress doesn't give me the war money I demand, Dick and the gang will make damn sure another 9/11 style event DOES happen here".

The neo-cons have Democrats in Congress perfectly blackmailed. The only way the Dems could get out of the trap is to call Bush's bluff. That is, to do an in depth public investigation into what really happened on 9/11/2001, and the roles of Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Larry Silverstein, etc. In the context of such a public investigation, the ability of the neo-cons to stage further false-flag covert operations like 9/11 would be, to say the least, severely impaired.

There is no way toward peace until we finally expose the truth of this matter, and expose the whole "war on terrorism" for the oil and covert operation driven sham it is. That is the lesson we should all learn from how so many Democrats surrendered to Bush's threats today.

I would love to hear some other opinions and tactics, especially from some people who cared enough to INFORM themselves about this whole
bogus "war on terrorism", it's hidden machinations and motives, etc.
