Will Wikileaks end up shutting down casual use of the internet?
If I am not mistaken, there is already legislation passed during the Bush era that would allow it to happen.

5. Even if he wants to destroy his chances, he couldn't logistically take down the intertubes.

There's a reason we have had an increase of those outside the us...

And china is instructive of how to close it down.

the gov't doesn't have the power to completely prohibit internet use.
