Top 10 conservative idiots: Democrats who voted yes on this bill
Has the time come to put Democrats on the top 10 list?

I'm so utterly disappointed and flabbergasted.

The war was and still is THE issue that got them elected. They just capitulated. CNN just called it a "Bush Victory".

1. Yep. Reid and Pelosi should resign
They knew we wanted to end the war and they didn't stand up for us. Get rid of them.

I spent $ and time to get Dems elected, and look what they did with my efforts. Well, screw them too.

2. Why?
There was an effort to get a timetable, but the fact is Bush refused to sign the bill with the timetable, so the Democrats had to do what was necessary to keep funding the troops. You can't fault anyone but Bush, because he's the one keeping this mess going.

4. The Dems just bought and paid for the war. They own it now. It's their war too.

7. They didn't have the guts to stop it
even though the majority of the Americans backed them. Pelosi and Reid should resign.

6. BS
As Edwards said, we should have kept sending the bill with timetables back.

8. I understand your sentiment, but they did not HAVE to.
They could have passed a bill funding a withdrawal, and Bush could make his own choices. I know that doing so would be problematic, and I know they never promised to do that.

5. It was up here a few minutes ago. 80 - 14 in the Senate. 280-142 in the house I believe.
