Why is it the donation drive

is ALWAYS at the middle or end of the month?

Because as tight as things are,I could maybe send SOMETHING in the beginning of the month,add it in when I set up my budget.
But for me,by mid month , like the 15th after the bills and the unexpected stuff,have eaten it away, I can't really change the budget lest I be screwed out of food or bus fare for the month.By the end of the month I am eating the last can of tuna,or a bag of microwave popcorn I thought I already ate but was hiding in the cabinet. This is the 25th this is when any surplus I may have is dwindling and the money I have is only for necessities.This is when I begin to use the loose change instead of breaking bills to hold onto as much as I can for these last few days..

So If you could Du,maybe try making fund drives start earlier in the month? Just a suggestion for those of us on limited incomes.That's the main reason I can't donate.

or two (or three...) about "an upcoming fund drive in two weeks" so we could include our donation in our budget.
