Publishing classified documents is different from leaking classified documents
Legally, there is precedent to this effect. What do you see as the primary justification for prosecuting Wikileaks? Should that justification apply to other publishers of classified information, such as the NYT? What about foreign publishers, such as the Guardian or Der Spiegel?
