4. Well he made two promises - one not to raise taxes for

the middle class and one not to continue the Bush tax cuts.
It hurts big time to see the rich getting more money, but the middle class could not take increased taxes on January 1st.

39. It's true. He's often accused of being too stubborn. Also of being a socialist Kenyan Muslim.

He's accused of raising taxes, though he's only cut them. He's accused of apologizing for America, although he's championing American values overseas. He's accused of all sorts of stuff... by people who hate him. I agree on the principle of compromise, but just not with people whose actions reveal they don't respect you.
