Polygamy... legal or not?

This is a tough one. I think allowing it doesn't MEAN abuse of women will happen. I think it's up to authorities to ensure that doesn't happen and I think they are two separate issues. My problem with it is if the spouses all get the same benefits. I mean, if I have one wife she gets my benefits. Fine. But, if some guy has 6 do they all get them too?

the state doesn't have to recognize any marriage beyond the first one.
