When is the media going to call out the bluedogs?
I get so tired of hearing this shit about President Obama having a majority so why didn't he get certain things done. The media needs to be on these Bluedogs asses they are jumping over to the republiCON party they have been doing the republiCONS bidding all along.

Rep. Dan Boren of Oklahoma told Fox News last week that voters sent a message that they want the Democratic Party to move in a new direction.

"They want someone to lead the party
who is going to be bipartisan," he said. "This is very disappointing for a lot of us in the center."
U.S. Rep. Larry Kissell, a Biscoe Democrat, is happy to see lawmakers and the president work together for both unemployment benefits and tax cuts, said his spokesman, Christopher Schuler. "We’re happy with the framework they’ve reached."

U.S. Rep. Mike McIntyre of Lumberton also liked the deal.

4. These BLUEDOGS are happy..
because they would vote for the tax cuts to be extended into eternity..When it comes to helping the poor or middle class they seem to always have a problem with it and want so much more for rich.

We are in emergency situations and they and their republiCON buddies don't give a damn...

9. Everytime, I hear someone in the media...
ask a Dem why President Obama couldn't get certain things done in a certain way the Dem usually stumbles all over him or herself and the first thing they say is "THE PRESIDENT NEEDS TO GET OUT THERE AND TALK TO HIS BASE" a theme I have heard since he has been in office he has been out there more than any President I have ever seen.

My question has been where in the hell are the Dems? The Repugs all come to the mike and show up on every program spouting tax cuts for every damn issue. The Dems show up after the media and the Repubs have set the agenda...Now they get excited as they talk about the President getting excited.

5. Yeah! This PO's me, it's become a 4-letter word substitute for name calling if
someone is a moderate and disagrees with them. The lame worthless tabloid MSM also uses it as a 4-letter word.

7. They kept calling Jan Schakowsky's deficit reduction plan "Liberal"
and critics of the Catfood Commission "detractors." The media's bias is out of control and they do nothing to hide it. It's like saying a person who has ideas that don't completely screw the middle class in favor of the rich is some crazy "unserious" liberal.

12. The MSM hauls in zillions off elections and big money pays well. IMO the MSM
deals with elections as one $$$ corp. working with another $$$ corp. Little voices get run over, will never see the light of day. It's manipulative and dangerous, but sadly many Americans are too clueless to see/get what's really occurring as they salivate over their TV and/or MSM source while their heads are being programmed.

2. Democrats lack party discipline. There is no unity. And people wonder
why no one seems to be stepping up to primary Obama. Who wants to deal with this shit? Can't even agree to end tax cuts for rich people in a deficit situation.

8. IMO wealth = power and runs the shadow gov. Politicians come and go, but
the real wealth and power remains. It's become a feel-good to have a president of choice, but the real power IMO is behind the scenes and far transcends politicians. Now with the SCOTUS decision on corporate contributions it's more evident than ever.

14. Yeah! It sure would be interesting for a Wikileaks on that one. I bet some
would be pretty surprised on many elections of the background talks, deals and election money flows for mutual backwashing.

10. Blue dogs are not news - they've been around for a long time
In the 80's, they were called Reagan Democrats. The Democratic Party is not monolithic, it never has been.

13. Some of us know this...
but many don't they don't realize why the President can't do some things they want him to do..Since they aren't monolithic then they need to take their asses over to some other party.

Oh,I forgot they have they are undercover republiCONS what in the hell are they good for when we are in a pinch and they vote against what the majority98% want..

23. The private citizens were called "Reagan Democrats"
The Democratic politicians who sided with Reagan were called "boll weevils". A very fitting description, I think.

Which is, to say, around the same time the Earth crashes into the Sun . . .

16. Lawrence O'Donnell Called Out Mary Landrieu Pretty Good Last Night
He bashed her "moral corruptness" comments as being itself morally corrupt as well as grammatically corrupt.

O'Donnell correctly pointed out that there wouldn't have been a "tax-cut for the rich" to extend if she and her kind hadn't have voted FOR the damned thing in the first place!

It's sort of like what John Kerry went through trying to campaign against a war that he himself voted for. Just doesn't help the ol' credibility in the long run...

21. Clearly,many want to ignore..
these people who clearly are republiCONS have been working against the President from day one.

Many are angry with the President I am too on many issues and the way he goes about doing things when it comes to this bipartisan bullshit I do not agree with it.

I believe that the President knows who he can count on after going through the Healthcare debate and he felt that he was running out of time with all of the issues before us and more and more so called Dems jumping over to the republiCON party

http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=389x9726842

at the rate they are jumping they will have a majority in REAL NAME and they won't have to pretend as they have for the past 2 yrs. I can't wait until January to see what the big bad ass Dems are going to do...

22. Cry foul
when they can't get anything done. They had the opportunity to do everything when they had the majority locked up. But they chose to pay allegiance to their corporate cronies and now they truly won't be able to govern.
