We hardly ever get ALL our Dems to vote the same way. The repubs almost always have unanimous votes from their repub legislators.

Repubs - Group Lock Step
Dems - Meh, not so much.

3. The majority of Democrats will back their President

and with that majority there will also be a large portion of Republicans to go along..This will pass in the Senate by well over seventy votes I would bet...It is in the House though where there may be some problems..The House has a lot of very Conservative Republicans and some very Liberal Democrats and neither of those want this Bill to pass for distinctly different reasons. I think the vote in the House is going to be a lot closer than the Administration would like, and in fact may not even pass.
