Uncertainty.......that seems to be the catch phrase

Does anyone know what this next Congress will do? Or any Congress for that matter? Uncertainty is the norm, not the exception, so, for everyone to be complaining about being uncertain is, to put it mildly, disingenuous. No one knows from one Congress to the next what lunacy will be enacted..
