OK, here we have what are essentially a single straight line segment of LEDs on a crude representation of an atari-esque cartoon character...

AND IT IS CONSIDERED OBSCENE! (or at least close enough to merit concern on the part of the broadcasters)

"Think of the Children! Whatever will we tell the Children?"
"Uh... maybe to have the volume real low when they watch the show..."

11. I don't think so
Shake wears a cup (Cripes. He is a cup!). Frylock wears a cardboard french fry sleeve.

They are definitely more modest than Meatwad. But there may be a distinct advantage to being a naked cartoon character. Meatwad does get the honeys, see?
