http://antiquesandthearts.com/

I used to get the print publication on the East Coast, and miss having that big fat chock-full newspaper in my hands regularly.

The web site has quite a lot of the info, too. Check it out. A lot of the stuff is high-end and regional, but it's always good to expand the knowledge base.

1. Good old "Newtown Bee" to us Northeasterners , The "Bee"
for short. When we were in the biz, couldn't wait for it to arrive. Every auction had ads plus tons of shops that might have been on our routes. It was a good paper. I imagine it has fewer pages now because so many shops have closed but it is probably still the best around for the trade. Used to get Maine Antiques Digest too but that turned into a paper of little substance, lots of ads and a big price tag.

I don't know how it became the Bee to all of us but it is still Antiques and the Arts Weekly.

2. It makes me drool.
Some people might drool over ice cream. I drool for the Bee.
