Flea bites? Who knew. Recently, during some research,
I found a picture of a duplicate of an item I recently bought. The sellers description was great and I learned a new term.

The very tiny chips on old cut glass, you know what I mean, where the points of the cuts have a tiny ding on the sharp edge
Well, according to this seller, they are flea bites. Seems appropriate but I never heard the term.

Something he coined or an accepted phrase?

1. I've heard that, too. Also to describe tiny chips in pottery.

2. Accepted term....
commonly used by glass sellers. Also, chiggers, hairlines, and straw marks, are commonly used terms for describing different condition issues.
