Knock, knock. Anybody home?
We sure go into hibernation during the winter months, don't we? Here's something you might find amusing. I was browsing ebay earlier and discovered they make hair extensions for horse's tails. No, not pony tails. Real horse tails. And they're not cheap!

1. Just hanging around, still have a 3 foot snow mound along
the front of my yard. Mighty bored.
Found a real goodie at a moving sale last week. It was advertised as 9AM, no early birds. I got there at 8:50 and lots of people were already coming out with stuff. Don't know if I missed anything but I did get an unopened box of Parchment paper for 25 cents.

I think half the county was there. Will spring ever come?

2. at least the TV shows help a bit

Last night's Cash and Cari featured a train collection in an estate. That was cool. But it kind of bugs me that Cari will refinish old paint on a wooden piece, and sometimes even glue stuff on it, like buttons. I'm more in the Martha Stewart school regarding old painted wood. I like the chipping and the aging and the patina. Cari had a lovely drop-leaf pastry table with drawers that I would have liked to own!
