Joe Biden's on the Phone - Really!
Cleaning out some old email (Google Alerts, NYT headlines, etc.) and found this gem. If it was posted before I missed it.

I think Joe gets some credit for Florida :) I won't post excerpts cause the whole thing and photo are cute.
