WTF is up with this new rec system?

How is it possible to have all of these kick ass good threads unrec'd down to zero? With no way of seeing how many total recs/unrecs? Just where the fuck did all of the pro coup DUers come from?

I guess the big tent includes the enemies of democracy. (But clearly crossing the line of DU "rules" especially in LBN the RW smears of liberal DUers posting on LatAm issues continues unabated, while "lefty" posts that encroach the line are disappeared forthwith.)

They are trying it again, and it is still a dismal failure.

Result is that I now ignore the recommendations pro or con because there is an organized effort to unrecommend threads that don't support DLC policies.

the meanness has just gone through the roof. It's like the primaries have spilled all over DU all over again.

I'm done arguing it and now will just put it on ignore, along with the time wasting yahoos. TG for the LatAm forum where I can always come to get and share good information! :toast:
