1. It's interesting that some situations have two sides and some don't, isn't it?

Or else we'd be "sitting down" with bin Laden, setting up talks between Hamas and the Israeli wingnut government, and holding talks between the Cuban 5 and the FBI. Maybe I'm just confused. :sarcasm:

That's an over the top comment, isn't it?

I liked the comment about Hamas and the Israelis, but you lost the thread with the comment about the Cuban 5.

Maybe the list should include discussions between Barak Obama and Raul Castro? Hugo Chavez and the opposition leadership? The Myanmar military junta and Aung San Suu Chi's opposition party? The Somali civil war factions? Turkey and Greece?

You could make a pretty decent list.
