Colombia's Uribe Signs Security Pact with Honduras' Lobo
Colombian president Alvaro Uribe signed a security pact with his Honduran counterpart, Porfirio Lobo, and then flew back to his own country after a visit of three hours in the Central American nation.

After a private meeting with Lobo and the ministers of the new Honduran government, both presidents signed a brief declaration in which they committed to launching an “action plan in security matters” beginning next Feb. 15.

The accord states that the authorities responsible for security in the two countries will exchange experiences and best practices.

They will also develop mechanisms for bilateral cooperation aimed at strengthening the institutional capabilities of the two countries in security matters, according to the declaration that Lobo and Uribe signed in Tegucigalpa.

5. They probably mean to stop the FARC
They say there is an idea by the Chavez people to finance rebels in Honduras, the way they do with the FARC, and the Colombians are going to help Honduras stop those terrorists. It is a more practical idea if the USA legalizes drugs and this stops the war on drugs, because the FARC lives from cocaina, and the Honduras gangsters are also living from the drug trading. And the FARC people work with these gangsters in Colombia, this means the rebels will also work with the narcos in Honduras. And in the end if the Colombians help the Hondurans defeat the FARC there, then there will be more gangsters anyway, because there will be always the money from the drugs. And this means all these countries are doomed to be used by all these sides because the drugs are the big money business, and this brings the bad guys like honey brings the bees.

It is important to understand how this works, maybe the American government will grow a brain some day, legalize the drugs, and this puts an end to the financing for all these criminals. To me, this is a conflict between two groups of stupid people, one is the USA empire and their right wing neocons, and their pro-Israel allies of the left and the right, and the other is the left wing communist types like the FARC, and their supporters like Chavez and Castro, and both sides are a pain in the behinds of the people of this world.

All this terrorism and war is caused by ambitious people who want to control the world. One group is of the extreme right, the other of the extreme left, and both are crazy. They should go to another planet and fight each other there, and leave us in peace.
