Clarin and other opposition media blame the government of President Cristina Fernandez for the picketing. The government says it is a labor dispute.
Clarin and Cristina have been having a running battle for the past several months over Clarin's monopoly on newspaper pulp production, which was granted to Clarin by the military dictatorship.
