Looks as if he understood it clearly in 2004, doesn't it? He also understood the MORALITY in bringing this filthy war on the people of Cuba to an end.
I know many of us have been holding our breath, hoping he went through the dialogue with the radical right-wing reactionaries in Miami, listened to their point of view, synthesized, and will create a firm, and moral outlook for winding down this evil page in American history.
Sure was good to see he was lucid at the first, Billy Burnett. (Hoping and praying he won't go the way of Robert Toricelli, New Jersey, who used to completely condemn the embargo, before the Cuban American National Foundation corrupted him, and before he was ejected from the Senate for corruption!)
