So the screw is turning.
It's all so disappointing how this has played out, but it seems some kind of health legislation is going to happen. I have refrained from posting my opinion in this forum about how we should proceed from here until now because I wanted to know how much of a sell out this would be. We still don't know, but it seems like the witching hour is at hand. However, once this is signed by the President, and it is law, I have some ideas to move forward to real health reform, which we all know in the end is Medicare for All or a single payer system.

1. If anyone thinks this will be over....
just because they passed some kind of legislation, they are only fooling themselves. If a mandate with no option is passed then the only thing we will be talking about this fall is health care.

2. Yep, I'm glad the industry bailout bill passed because it should make organizing a lot easier
I imagine their are a lot of incumbents who won't want to run on it.

What are your thoughts?
