Most smart observers expect the Dems to spend the next year doing anything and everything to spark some job creation, but even with the best policies in place, the damage is done, it's going to take a long time to get unemployment numbers back down -but the people need to feel like our leaders are fighting for them, if the Dems don't want their ass handed to them, they better pass this HCR pronto and when that is done...

So I say it again, I love Obama, I'm routing for him and if we want him to be successful we gotta be honest with ourselves and our party leaders, they need to start making some DRASTIC AND HIGHLY VISIBLE moves to push for really really tough new regulations for Wall street and the big banks.

if they fail, the Republicans will pick up the banner of populism, and rightfully (oh puke, why would we ever give them a chance to be right about anything?) claim that the Dems have not done enough for the working class and we will all be screwed.

I hope they get that -and if they don't, we need to speak up and let them know: FUCK WALL STREET UP, IT'S YOUR ONLY HOPE.
